Today has been another one of those days doing something different, which I'm hoping to do every Sunday with a couple of my friends.
The choice for the day was to visit London Zoo and see all of the cute little funny-looking animals. Some of them seem to have escaped, which was a little worrying, or maybe they'd just been moved out of their little houses for a day.I've not been to a zoo for many years and found it very enjoyable, though did see a few of the animals - the monkeys especially - looking like they really wanted to out of their cages.
I know they're treated well but it must be strange being locked in a cage all day and having people coming round and looking at you all day every day. I wonder if they think, hmmm, they look just like we do? I couldn't help but notice that so many of the little critters had features that looked so close to human features.
But can you imagine walking round a human zoo? Hmmm.
