Could have met Gengxian and Kong Chian at 8am so that i can get a lift in Gengxian's van. But after Linghui's much persuasion and the temptation of sleeping another hr, i travelled to Tanah Merah with Sheryl and Ling Hui. Oh my god, we almost occupied the space of 6 instead of 3. Just look at the pic.

After we reached, Gengxian was so sweet to drive out and fetch us to Constant wind to get our barang barang. It was Sheryl and Ling hui who wanted to buy wetsuit initially but well, i saw this bumble bee pattern one which i really like and bought it!! hee.. whoa.. see la? We spent an hr there. As usual, GIRLS..

Since we decided not go for the passage race (an optional race), we went for a swim in Charlene and my dream pool. Just by the sea, by the sun..

After much swimming, we went to have dinner @ the Wateredge Restaurant. The staff must be in love with us.. We dined there like everyday.. Haha. Food was just fine..

We love gaming... Spent lots on Arcade.. Kinda remind me the time when i used to hang out in the arcade for hour to play the shooting game.. Must say i still rawk on tat..

2nd Dae
I kinda woke up damn early despite the fact tat i just love to laze on the bed and never wake up. But the passion in sailing of mine just got the better of me. I went down and rigged up my boat at 6am in the morning when the starting horn is actually 1pm? HaHa.. Total madness eh? Well, it's just me. Cannot stand the feeling of being rushed and pressurised if possible. Hee.. must say tat my sailors are so fortunte to have a taste of my lovely sandwiches since i am in the mood of making the breakfast for all of them. It is so rare for me to wake up early to make breakfast or rather even eat breakfast.
We took some pictures b4 we launched ard 12.30pm.

Thank god we made it in time for the start of the race, tot i would missed it. I had a great start and managed to be in the first deck. But hell, i was slow down by some bloody big laser while going upwind. Just to avoid any colision, i unwillingly made a tack to go in the other direction. Must admit tat the whole race was almost right on the ball on how i wanted it to despite some hiccups here and there. DAMN THE LASERS. I finished 15th for the Ladies category. Sigh.. WANNA GO FASTER.
Just when the second race started for approx. 15mins, the weather ruined the damn good position tat i was in. The wind was damn strong, i felt as if i was flying back to the shore. Thou the race was cancelled, i had fun sailing back.. =P
We had chicken rice for dinner (courtesy of Joel Ho who took cab in with the food) So sweet of the Juniors. Thanks Rivend for buying my japanese bread and forget about our Gardenia bread.. Haha.. Must be the jap bread made u too excited to even remember the Gardenia bread.. SAD LA.. Went back to the room to laze ard the room alone. Sharks.. am i becoming a loner? HAHA.. Actually. it is because i wanna get ready to watch the movie 'LOST'. KC was so sweet to come back with drinks and company (maybe he just wanna laze ard too) Anyways, Thanks for the drink.
3rd Dae
I woke up like bloody early ard 7am to rig up my boat in order to launch at 10am and apparently throughout the whole day till maybe 3pm, there was hardly wind or should i say there weren't any? Haha... ARGH.. We should screwed the bed till the sunset.. But we had the privillege to go onboard the 'RISING TIDE' for a tour. Heard it cost $1000+++ to charter it. My god. Guess i would realize my dream of cruising in it in a few years time. If u ask me, i wouldn't mind owning one!! Damn.. i have yet to get my powerboat license. Can't wait to drive one out. Yachting rawks...

The day ended with us playing poker cards, battleship and lazing ard till it's the prize ceremony..
Our team clinched a 1st in Tertiary Division and a 3rd in School Team Division.

It sounds pretty impressive right?? Then again, somehow it's kinda like mere luck cos there was only one race out of the schedule seven? Well, hack it since we did managed to bring something back for the skool. Hopefully, the skool would be happy enough to continue sponoring us?

Tat marks the end of our laser open. Thanks Sheryl for coming out with the idea of having a chalet there.. Thanks Gengxian for driving us in his van. Thanks everyone for making the regatta so fun (ESPECIALLY EUGENE..he really did his part in entertaining us)
